I wish there was a zero star. The Google maps link led me to the wrong location which then took me 15 minutes to get to the actual location. After being told to check in they said they didn’t see my name even though I had a confirmation text that I kept showing them that I had checked in but I was just a little late but still within their 30 minute policy. Then she told me that I would just have to wait 40 minutes if I wanted a haircut. She was not concerned at all and was not willing to look in to what happened or to put me at the front of the line since I had a confirmation text and email. Apparently that’s still not enough evidence that I am in line. So I left.
