I have been coming to this location for years. Last night was the first haircut that my son and I have received that looked awful. I asked the stylist to give me and my son a gentleman's cut and we ended up with mullets. Never seen this stylist at this location before, not sure if she was new or just having a very bad day? It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer and they lost two. With so much competition out there you would think they would take great care in their services.

I just received a haircut from Lili. The haircut was fine. At the beginning of our interaction she asked me if I would like the Full MVP cut and I said yes. When I sat down and she began to ruffle my hair, asking how I'd like it to be cut, she asked "Did you wash your hair before coming here?" and I said yes. She cut my hair, and did not at any point take me to do the hot towel and scalp massage. She finished the cut and asked if I was satisfied, and I was, the cut was fine. She then brought me to the front to pay and I figured she decided to just give me a haircut because I had recently washed my hair. Instead, she charged me for the full MVP despite not performing the MVP service. I gave a tip because it's a service industry and I don't believe in not tipping, but I should not have been charged for a service that wasn't performed.
